I believe Yoga is for Everyone. Yoga keeps the body
healthy and the mind clear. Yoga can be many things
to many people. Our strong parts are striving to be
flexible and our flexible parts are striving to be
strong. Yoga can create a wonderful sense of
balance in your body, mind and spirit. It is my
mission to help you on that journey in a open and
loving environment.
Listen...
Yoga will teach you to listen to your body. Some
days your body will be asking for a challenge -
working for strength and balance. Some days your
body will need to be opened and stretched - with
many shades in between! It is my mission to help
you with alignment and technique so you can deepen
your practice and your ability to listen.
Can you relax?
All of my classes end with a guided meditation. It
is extremely beneficial to allow your mind and body
to shift into a state of repair. This allows your
central nervous system the opportunity to undo the
effects of stress, injury and negativity. This
healing time provides a peaceful space to rebalance
and center yourself - physically, mentally,
emotionally and spiritually. This is what Yoga is
all about.

Yoga, Jupiter Fitness Center and Xpress Fitness.
Please know you do NOT have to be a member to take
classes. Punch cards and day passes meet the needs

Private Instruction...
Private
Yoga sessions are available for beginners who aren't
comfortable in a class setting just yet. This is
also appropriate for those who prefer a more private
and customized atmosphere. Sessions are 75
minutes. Please know Reiki is also offered here for
those interested in energy work. |
